One day this last summer, when it was about 100° outside in Los Angeles we recorded a few holiday tunes – just seemed like a fun way to spend the day.

Two tried and true classics – Silent Night and Jingle Bells.  You can download the Happy Holiday EP for FREE over on our band camp page.

We also included one original holiday song of ours called “Can’t Wait to Come Home for Christmas”.  You may have heard this one from us before – we always post it around this time of year along with the video we shot in Portland.

We have been recording a bunch of brand new Oh Darling songs – can’t wait for you to hear them.  Each month when we are in Portland playing shows we have been getting stuff done during the day at the amazing Secret Society Studios.

And while we are back home in LA we have been cooking up a bunch of cover songs at our home studio – it has been lots of fun working on them.  It all started with a version of Silent Night that we though would be fun to give away during the holidays and just kept going form there.

Wondering if you all have any ideas of songs we should cover – can be old or new, we are up for anything.
